"At SALA Corporation basic approach is to distribute dividends to shareholders on a stable and continual basis. Our basic policy is to maintain at least the same dividend as the previous year, achieve a consolidated dividend payout ratio of at least 40%, excluding the effects of losses from the valuation of derivatives related to forward exchange contracts, and dynamically acquire our own stock in consideration of market conditions and capital efficiency (this policy applies starting with the year-end dividend for FY2023).
